I called for an appointment and was greeted very professionally on the phone and was happy with the customer service over the phone. Scheduling was easy and was kept up to date all the way up to the technician arriving. He was very pleasant and professional, and had a great attitude. Repaired the issue and made Sure we knew that there was no issues.

Had to revise my review. Service is great, wanted them again. Called and selected 1 for service call (garbage disposal this time). Nobody answered and it looped me back to select 1 for service call. Lasted for 15 minutes before I gave up and went with another service. Original review: My old water heater literally split a seam. I didn't actually realize it was old but Tim Kiley rapidly and effectively replaced it with a new one. Only downside is I wish he had told me I was going to need to run the hot water for quite a while to get the air out of the pipes. Nonetheless, no problems and the new one is working fine.

I was very satisfied how Tim Kiley at All Plumbing changed out our water heater and pressure release valve. It was a bit tricky to get the water out of the old tank and he worked hard to complete the job. He was very responsive to my concerns and made our job a priority when it proved to be tricky. He texted me with updates on timing and progress and was very responsive. We now have nice new water heater and pressure release valve.

We had a great experience with All Plumbing. The technician Tim was on time, polite and very knowledgeable. Easily solved our issue. We will definitely be using All Plumbing again when needed as they were very easy to get scheduled.

I had All Plumbing install customer supplied toilet, vanity and faucet and they did a great job. The technician was professional, knowledgeable and installed everything with ease. Price was reasonable and very well satisfied with overall customer service.

All Plumbing has done several plumbing jobs for me. I have always been pleased with their work and would not call any other company. The technicians are very pleasant and polite. Willing to answer any questions I may have. I appreciate that.

Our kitchen sink starting leaking all over the kitchen floor the day after Christmas. Fortunately we called All Plumbing and Tim Kiley responded and showed up the next day exactly when he said he would. He replaced our 25 year old garbage disposal. Problem solved!! Don’t hesitate to call All plumbing for prompt service!!

Tim Kiley was quick to show up and fix the problem. Was very polite and knowledgeable and did not complain when he had to lay in the mud. He makes a good impression for the company.
